This wireless interface IC is a game-controller interface for PC-gaming. It has built-in power management suited for rechargeable Li-Ion / Li-Polymer batteries and also 4 analog to digital converters. It is readily available to include analog sticks or nubs to suit those slowly varying control movements that are now popular among many games. It also uses a “one dongle for multiple controllers” scheme to save on your USB port usage.
